Specialty Training

The specialty training membership is for individuals who have specific fitness goals and want 1:1 assistance to achieve those goals. This could be an athlete who is training for a half marathon, but needs assistance and guidance on incorporating a strength element to his/her training and nutrition education. This membership includes: 

  • Initial No Sweat Intro with Coach Steph to develop a 1:1 individualized program to meet the desired training goals of the athlete

  • Full access to the personalized program and tracking software to obtain data driven progress reports

  • Weekly check-ins with Coach Steph to communicate how your body is physically and mentally adapting to the training; allowing Coach Steph to provide encouragement throughout the training cycle and adapt the training program, as needed

Walking Club Membership

Are you looking for a fun and supportive way to stay active? Join the PEP FIT Walking Club! Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned walker, our walking club is designed to help you build endurance, stay consistent, and connect with others! With guided daily programming, progress tracking, plenty of encouragement, walking with PEP FIT isn’t just about the steps- it’s about moving for life!

Everyday Fitness Membership

The Everyday Fitness membership is here to simplify your fitness journey! Everyday Fitness takes the functional movements you perform daily and turns them into a straightforward, yet effective workout plan! This program focuses on building strength, balance, coordination, all while keeping things simple and enjoyable.

Whether you find other programs too complex or intense, Everyday Fitness is perfect for YOU! It’s the right blend of strength training and functional movements, delivered with the passion and care that only Coach Steph can provide! The membership includes:

  • Coach Steph will keep you accountable

Core Membership

The Core membership is for the individual who feels comfortable participating in a fitness program primarily on their own. This individual feels confident in their ability to read the workout, workout notes, watch the appropriate videos, and perform the workout with little assistance. This membership includes:

  • Initial No Sweat Intro consultation with Coach Steph to discuss your personal goals and to set benchmarks to achieve these goals

  • Unlimited access to the Core Programming and freedom to follow the programming on your own schedule in a location that suits your comfort level and needs

  • Full access to the online programming and tracking software to record results and obtain data driven progress reports

  • Check-ins with Coach Steph  to discuss progress and set new goals or benchmarks to continue achieving fitness success

About the Core Programming

The Core Programming offers two workout options daily; Let’s Go and Let’s Move. Both options will provide a warm-up, workout, and cool down under 45 minutes from start to finish. 

Let’s Go

  • Level - Intermediate and Advance athletes with appropriate scaling options provided. 

  • This program will include a variety of movements at various intensities to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and mobility through functional movements including deadlifts, squats, strict press, box jumps, olympic lifts, and kettlebell/dumbbell movements. 

  • A variety of equipment may be used including, but not limited to, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags/Dballs, box, bench, rower, bike, jump rope, climbing rope, pull-up bar, etc.

  • Each workout will provide scaling options available to allow you to complete the workout successfully and safely.

Let’s Move

  • Level - Beginner and Intermediate with appropriate scaling options provided. 

  • The goal is to generally prepare the body for life and daily activities focusing on building strength, cardiovascular health, and mobility through functional movements including squats, deadlifts, box jumps or step-ups, core exercises, strict press, jump rope, and kettlebell or dumbbell movements. 

  • Minimal equipment and body weight exercises will be used in these workouts.

  • Each workout will provide easily scalable options to allow you to complete the workout successfully and safely.

HYROX is a unique blend of functional fitness and endurance racing, designed to test your strength, speed, and stamina. Originating in Germany, HYROX events consist of 8km of running combined with 8 different workouts, pushing athletes to their limits. This membership includes:

Our HYROX programming focuses on building a rock-solid foundation in strength, power, and cardiovascular endurance. Each workout is meticulously crafted to help you conquer every part of the HYROX race, from the lung-burning runs to the muscle-pumping workouts!

Swim Program - Level 1

Are you a recreational recreational swimmer who would like to increase their swim training,? If so, this program is for you! This program will take you through various training techniques and help build your stamina to be able to swim up to a mile. The program is a 2 days/week of swim training over a 4 week period. You are able to complete the Swim Program at your pace and on your own time!

For a one-time fee of $25.00, you will have unlimited access to the training for this swim program!
